That is correct that these people know that they have a following and if they back a cause, it will raise awareness through the media and their fan base. It's also a fact that these weak minded people that follow these celebrities will follow them to the ends of the earth and do their will....heard a quote from Gene Simmons of Kiss about playing a concert in South America (Brazil, I believe)....said there were over 100,000 people there.
